All mosaics have been inspected for completeness and image placement. Any gaps are due to missing archive photographs or due to areas that were deemed sensitive by the Department of Defense and therefore removed or marked out on the image. Any misalignment is due to lack of ground features, poor photo quality, lack of fiducial information, physical condition of each aerial photograph used, and the error in positional accuracy of the 1994 USGS mosaics used as reference images.
