Why is the mailing address for donations have “Harlan, IA” as the city/state when VIMS is based in Gloucester Point, VA?

One Tribe One Day (OTOD) was coined by William & Mary, and Tribe is a nickname for the community of W&M and by extension VIMS through its School of Marine Science.
